東京都在住。趣味の登山をきっかけに写真を始める。いつしか山以外のフィールドにも常にカメラを持って出かけるようになる。四季折々の風景を求め、都内の公園や関東の山々をはじめ、長野や福島にも定期的に撮影の旅に出る。被写体と向き合うことは、自分自身と向き合うことにほかならないと気づき、さらに写真の世界にのめり込む。見てくださる人の心に寄り添えるような作品づくりを大切にしている。

Yuko is based in Tokyo. She started photography when hiking in the mountains and began to always take her camera with her to fields other than mountains. Enjoys shooting seasonal landscapes in parks in Tokyo and mountains in Kanto area. She also regularly goes on photography trips to Nagano and Fukushima. She realized that facing her subjects was nothing short of facing herself and became even more absorbed in photography. She places great importance on creating works that touch hearts of those who see them.
